Vibratory finishing machines

A PU-lined bowl vibrates parts and media together, so every surface is worked evenly. Used for deburring, edge radiusing, descaling and polishing machined, pressed and cast parts.

Machines with separation

These machines have a built-in screen deck. At the end of the cycle, the parts move across the deck and out of the machine while the media falls back into the bowl, so there is no manual sorting.

Centrifugal finishing machines

High-energy machines for small and delicate parts, and for jobs that take too long in a vibratory bowl. Smaller models have removable barrels; larger ones have fixed barrels with barrel and turret inching.

Options: straight or inclined barrels, variable speed, media separation, rubber or PU barrel lining, conveyors.

Dryers and parts cleaning
